4K SECURITY AT ITS FINEST WITH OUR ALL NEW CCTV TURRET DOME CAM

Security never looked so good with our new line of 4K ultra high-definition LightHunter security cameras. The Lighthunter technology ensures ultra-high image quality in low illumination environment and the 4K quality is truly a remarkable experience; the visual quality is just stunning. This cam is a 2.8-12mm turret dome with Infrared and it does all of this at one of the best picture qualities available. What is 4K and why is it so sought after? In technical terms, it means that the image is being captured in a resolution of 3840x2160 which makes it 4x the total resolution of 1080P. Why is that good in Security? Well because the higher that number the more you're able to stretch the image and still get detail, whether that's facial recognition from further away or even a license plate of a car parked in a driveway it makes a huge difference.

Having such ultra high res gives the cam the ability to see movement up to 200ft away. If you know the person or have seen them before you would be able to recognize them at 150ft and if you've never seen them before you would be able to get complete facial recognition at 100ft.  In night mode this camera produces up to 131ft worth of infrared night vision, with an extremely Low Lux rating of 0.003 making the LightHunter a perfect solution for dark enviroments.

A VERSATILE SECURITY SOLUTION FOR YOUR HOME OR BUSINESS

Versatility is the name of the game when it comes to this camera. The 2.8-12mm lens allows this cam to not only be able to have an extremely wide angle for general coverage but having the ability to move to a fairly narrow 12mm lens which gives you the ability to monitor something specific. The infrared night vision makes it so you can see in complete darkness, the built in image sensor detects when ambient light has dropped so it can turn on the night vision automatically.

Being easy to use is vital when it comes to high tech security and this camera has your back. Having POE support and DHCP means that it only requires one cable to be ran and the camera is automatically detected and added to the NVR so you spend less time installing.

FAQ

Q: What makes this an LightHunter camera?

A: 36% Higher Transmittance Lens then the eye can capture. Larger IRIS design to capture light down to 0.003 Lux. Low light sensitivity, and exclusive U-ISP Technology along with other features allows for maximum visibility in low light enviroments.

Q: How does the camera receive power?
A: Through the use of POE. It can either be through an injector or more commonly a switch. If you're using our system the POE is built right into the NVR.

Q: What cable do I run?
A: CAT5E

Q: What does WDR do?
A: Wide Dynamic Range can greatly increase image quality. When positioning a cam so that it's facing light that will be behind a section of the image, such as facing a camera towards an entry door or bay door as an example the light coming in from that entry way would darken the image and cause a person to be unrecognizable. WDR helps combat that.

Q: Can this work with my existing NVR?
A: As long as your NVR supports ONVIF and has enough bandwidth to support 4K then yes.

Q: Can it record audio?
A: Yes, A microphone is built-in to the camera.

Q: How long can the cable be?
A: Industry standard is roughly 330 feet and is still best practice. However there are ways around this, you would want to reach out to us to discuss your specific needs.

Q: What is the maximum size SD card I can use?
A: 256GB Micro SD.

Q: Does this produce a wide angle?
A: Yes, when setting the camera to 2.8mm it allows the camera to have a 107.1 degree field of view.

Q: You mention a variable focus lens, what is this?
A: It means that the camera has a motorized adjustable lens that can go between 2.8mm and 12mm. This allows you to customize the field of view.

Q: How does DHCP make my life easier?
A: Before cameras utilized DHCP you would need to manually assign each IP address to each camera. This was time consuming and could be difficult if you weren't aware of IP schemes. Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol automatically assigns IP addresses to each cam saving you time and the hassle of doing it manually.
