REFUND OR EXCHANGE ITEMS WITHIN 15 DAYS OF PURCHASE

If you need to return a product or exchange a product. Please call or email us for an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. The RMA# needs to be written in black marker on the front/outside of the package. If a package arrives without an RMA#, the package may be refused by our shipping department.

RETURNED DAMAGED PRODUCT OR MISSING ACCESSORIES IS SUBJECT TO A 20% RESTOCKING FEE

All returns or exchanges we receive that are damaged, obvious use, scratched, or missing items (such as missing/damaged parts, manuals, original boxes, etc.) will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

NO REFUNDS ON THE FOLLOWING ITEMS

Installed items are non-refundable: Security Cams, Surveillance Accessories, NVRs, and DVRs.

RETURN PROCESS

  • Within 15 days of purchase, we will be happy to issue a refund or exchange for a different product. ProActive Security Cameras does not refund any shipping charges.
  • Contact us at 1-800-292-7748 or orders@proactivesecuritycameras.com You will receive an RMA # via email. Package up your product and ship it back to us. Once we receive your package, your refund will be processed within 48 hours. We will process your return and issue a full refund with no deduction for return shipping after receiving your return of the eligible product.
  • ProActive Security Cameras is not responsible for lost packages, undelivered packages, or returns shipped to the incorrect shipping address. Please contact the shipper you sent the package through to resolve these matters. Please keep in mind RMA numbers are only valid for 30 days. (Return/Exchanged products must be received within 30 days from the issuance of the RMA number)

EXCHANGE PROCESS NON-DEFECTIVE ITEMS

EXCHANGE PROCESS FOR DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE

  • Within 15 days of purchase, we will be happy to issue an exchange for the same or different product because of defects.

  • You will receive an email with your RMA# and instructions on how to send back your package.
  • You will receive a second email from UPS with your return label. Print this label off and place it on your package and drop it off at your local UPS store.
  • Once we receive your package, your exchange will be processed within 48 hours. Orders are shipped UPS ground back to you.
  • We will not ship out any new replacement product before receiving back your original merchandise.
